Each sled is caringly crafted through each step of the process and expertly steam-bent into a traditional curl and classically joined to ensure that individual sleds are as beautiful as they are durable and functional.
High Quality Black Ash
Black ash boards are individually selected from local sawyers in northern Minnesota for their clear and straight grain and carefully milled and resawn so only the best pieces are used in every sled.
Fine Details
Copper rivets, bronze fasteners, pure tung oil, and high tensile strength pull ropes. The quality lumber and meticulous craftsmanship dedicated to each sled demands that the smallest finishing details match those high standards. Coppers rivets and bronze fasteners bind the sleds together in an artistic yet extremely durable manner. Pure tung oil is used to accentuate the natural grain character of the lumber and provide an enduring waterproof finish that can be efficiently repaired to maintain the beautiful appearance. Finally, each sled is threaded with a high-tensile strength pull rope to meet all of your sledding and towing needs.
